For the first time since it was opened a month ago, hubby and I finally got in the pool last Monday, the 4th of July! I have been waiting for the water temperature to rise and it did reached 86F which was perfect. While i could hardly move my left arm last year due to my frozen shoulder, i noticed my mobility has improved a lot.
