I have always thought of going on a diet but whenever i feel the hunger and sometimes just cravings for something, i forget everything about dieting. I guess i have a very weak control of myself at this point. I am not so determined to start a diet yet. For someone like me who grew up with rice as our staple food, i cannot just quit on eating rice. I can go on a week without rice but i am not sure if i can go on without it after that.
