We always see freak accidents happen in beauty pageants like contestants falling or slipping or stammering. It is in times like this that their personality is being tested. Would they maintain their poise? During this year's Miss Universe Beauty Pageant held in Vietnam, Miss USA Crystle Stewart tripped as she walked for the evening gown competition. She graciously got up, clapped her hands and finished her walk. This is the second year in a row that Miss USA tripped on stage. Miss USA did not get any place in top 10, this year's Miss Universe is Miss Venezuela, Diana Mendoza. Here is the video of that unfortunate fall.
