The is one of my favorite videos of the popular dancing inmates of Cebu, Philippines! This has an amazing choreography. considering there are more than 1,500 inmates they had to train to come up with this great performance. They are prisoners alright, but in fairness, they can dance like real dancers and they are amazing! What a great way to spend time in prison, isn't it?
