Philippines is known for its traffic but even with this scenario, people find a way to at least ease the stress that traffic is causing to the public especially to the drivers on the road. There is definitely more fun in the Philippines! Where do you find dancing inmates, dancing flight crew, dancing cooks and waiters and dancing traffic enforcers, among others?
