Walgreens Continues To Provide Quality Service To Customers Even Without Express Script

This is a Sponsored post written by me on behalf of Walgreens. All opinions are 100% mine.

My mother-in-law was so upset when she learned that Walgreens is no longer a part of the network of pharmacy providers under Express Scripts effective this year.  The Walgreens and Express Script rift is all over the news recently.  With this break, Walgreens would be losing a large percentage of its prescriptions.  I'm sure a lot of people would be greatly affected.  They have a choice:  they could look for another in-network pharmacy and enjoy the usual benefits or remain with Walgreens but paying a higher cost of medication.  Either way, they need some adjustments which are to me, unnecessary.

One of those highly affected are those in the military and their families who are under Tricare, the biggest client of Express Scripts.  Like my mother -in-law, most of us use Walgreens because of the convenience and quality service it offers..  Walgreens could not do anything now but continue to provide quality service to its customers.  To help affected members with the transition, it is offering on January, huge discount on the membership fee for Walgreens Prescription Savings Club.  For  only $5 to $10 annual membership fees, members could enjoy huge discounts for over 8,000 brand-name and generic medications and other Walgreens services, which is a lot of savings especially if they are on regular medication.

If you believe in Walgreens, let us show our support by liking Walgreens on Facebook.  For those who are in Twitter, you can also follow Walgreens on Twitter.  Feel free to voice your opinion through the media  if you get the chance  Walgreens has been supporting every citizen in this country through the years.  Now is our time to give back our support to Walgreens.
