Priceless...

For all of you in education, with sons, grandsons, or who just love the things little kids say ~ a reminder that adult words are often taken literally... . 'Circumcised'

A teacher noticed that a little boy at the back of the class was squirming around, scratching his crotch, and not paying attention. She went back to find out what was going on. He was quite embarrassed and whispered that he had just recently been circumcised and he was quite itchy. The teacher told him to go down to the principal's office. He was to telephone his mother and ask her what he should do about it. He did and returned to his class. Suddenly, there was a commotion at the back of the room. She went back to investigate only to find him sitting at his desk with his 'private part' hanging out.

'I thought I told you to call your mom!' she said.
'I did,' he said, 'And she told me that if I could stick it out till noon, she'd come and pick me up from school.

Good night...

As I was about to get my a$$ off the computer and head off for bed, i thought of checking my email for the last time and saw a task that i need to do otherwise i'm gonna lose it. Ok, i gave it a shot even if i could hardly keep my eyes open already. But i really have to go now, i still need to get up for work in 4 hours. Poor husband has to drag me off the bed each morning, as I'm sure i would be like this later when i get up..... LOL!

Where's Mary?

I wonder how people under the witness protection program could live a normal life. I guess it must be a daily challenge for them to survive threats and giving up a life they used to live. This is what USA Network's new original series In Plain Sight is all about. The show which premiered last Sunday, June 1st, 2008, deals with the life of people under the Federal Witness Protection Program. Thanks to people like Mary Shannon (Mary McCormack) who have dedicated their lives to protecting these people and helping them live a life while in their “hiding”. While protecting them from danger, Mary’s job is no doubt a very tough, stressful, dangerous and challenging one. She, herself has to live a “life in hiding” as her family doesn’t have a clue about her job. I cannot even tell you where Mary is but I can only say that she sure is present in my homepage - in plain sight! Can you tell me where Mary is hiding? Com’on, make a wild guess! You got nothing to lose anyway!

Summer Classes for Men

When women get together, guess what they usually talk about? Men, of course! They talk about sons, boys, boyfriends, husbands, men, men and men, LOL! One of my friends at work said that "men are all the same, they never grow up!" You think so? Remember, all the problems of women start with men - menstruation, menopause. mental distress, to name a few, LOL! Well, no matter what, i think men are blessings from God so we just got to love them. If you are married, why not send your husband to attend summer classes at the Adult Learning Center?
