Tempurpedic For A Healthy Back

There are a lot of factors that contribute to back pain but one thing that we usually take for granted is the kind of mattress and foam that we use in sleeping.  For many years, I thought that sleeping in a water bed is the solution to back pain.  Unfortunately, I have been dependent on pain medication until I heard about Tempurpedic a year ago.  My husband bought me a tempurpedic pillow after I tried different kinds of pillows that I could find.

I love my tempurpedic pillows for the comfort and the right support for my neck, shoulders and back.  One of my friends who is suffering from back pain due to scoliosis suggested that we also try tempurpedic mattress because that is what her doctor advised her to use.  With the tempurpedic bed, she said she has never been so comfortable in her life. It was not easy to convince my husband to replace the water bed to a tempurpedic bed but he finally agreed on getting one.  So far, he has not complained about his nagging back pain and I believe it was because of the bed.

Bad posture is also one of the most common causes of back pain.  Most of us are not conscious about our posture but we do not realize how it affects our health.  In my kind of work, I sit in front of the computer all day.  This, and the stress at work put a strain on me at the end of the day.  I always feel pain around my neck, my shoulders and my back and the doctor blames stress for it. One nice trick to avoid neck, shoulder and back pains at work is to try to do some simple stretching exercises every 30 minutes if possible.  Also try to observe proper posture.

For those who suffer from back pain or want to have a healthy back, consider tempurpedic.  You can find a lot of great deals right now at Healthy Back so check it out.  A good nigh sleep, the comfort and right support is what a tempurpedic offers.  After a hard day's work, I think I deserve one.  How about you?

This is a sponsored post for Healthy Back, however, all the points and views are my own.
